Cultivating Hani Lore

Welcome! We are “Cultivating Hani Lore” - a small team of three high school students obsessed with linguistics, history, and anthropology, brought together by love and respect of minority cultures.

We will continue to produce content focused on the culture of the Hani Ethnic Minority in Yunnan, China. (Note: There are also Hani people in Northern Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos, with a diversity of cultures amongst Hani subgroups, but we will focus mainly on the Yunnan Hani culture.)
